Document Description
The project would construct a pedestrian and bicycle bridge over the Central Canyon on the east side of the UC San Diego campus. The bridge would connect Medical Center Dr. to Miramar Street, providing a connection for pedestrians and bicyclists between the Mesa Housing Neighborhood and the west campus without using local City roadways. The bridge span over the canyon would be 18 feet wide and 465 feet long, and would be ADA accessible. Including the length of the bridge approaches, paths, and spans, the total length would be approx. 1,050 feet.
