Note: Reference SCH #2012061069 The city is proposing the North Willow Ave Widening Project to support implementation of the 2014 GP by increasing the capacity of northbound traffic on Willow Ave and enhancing the roadway to provide multi-modal access. The project includes widening and improving a 2-mile segment on the east side of Willow Ave between Copper and Shepherd Ave, within the city of Clovis SOI. Improvements include developing a concrete median, two additional northbound vehicle travel lanes, curb and gutter, landscape and irrigation, street lighting, and bike lanes. Also included are modifications to street signs, street striping, electrical equipment, new and modified traffic signals, new and modified drainage facilities, and striping improvements on Willow Ave between Nees and Shepherd Ave.
