The project consists of the construction and operation of a new Health Sciences Academy for approx 1,600 9th through 12th grade students. The proposed high school would entail the construction of one 184,000 sf two story building with an 80,275 sf building footprint on the north half of the site. The southern half of the campus would have turf playfields, including a soccer field, a walking/jogging path, a swimming pool, and a workout room.
