The irregular shaped Site is located within the Runyon Canyon Park area of the City and is approximately 0.5 miles south of Mulholland Drive in the Hollywood Hills. In particular, the Project Site is just west of US Highway 101 and the Hollywood Bowl landmark. The total area that composes the Project Site is approximately 197,435 square feet (approximately 4.5 acres).
