Document Description
The proposed Classroom and Office Building III (COB III) is a 53,000-square-foot building that would be located on a lot currently occupied by temporary modular trailers on the UC Merced campus. These trailers house adjunct academic staff, who will be relocated on campus before the site is cleared. The COB III project will support the delivery of 12 new undergraduate academic majors and minors with the addition of three large instructional venues including two lecture halls and an auditorium.
