The project applicant intends to improve an existing citrus packing facility to accommodate a 116,320 sf cannabis cultivation and distribution facility. Project components include annexation of four parcels, improvements to the packing facility to accommodate 91,229 sf of cultivation, 11,600 sf of drying space and 2,260 sf for storage. The project also includes the construction of an additional 48,000 sf greenhouse and a 6,000 sf head house.
