Document Description
The applicant, a Seefried Industrial Properties, submitted a request for a project that include General Plan Amendment No. 17-006 to change the General Plan land use designation of the project site from General Commercial (C-G) to Light Industrial (I-L) and a Zone Change No 17-005 to change the Zoning District Map of the project site from General Commercial (C-2) to Light Industrial (M-1). The proposed project includes Tentative Parcel Map No. 19903 (TPM No. 17-012), Conditional Use Permit (CUP) No. 17-033 and Design Review (DRP) No. 17-030 for the consolidation of two (2) parcels into one (1) parcel to accomodate the development of a warehouse distribution building totaling approximately 376,910 square feet on 17.6 adjusted gross acres for a property located at 15895 Valley Boulevard 9Assessor's parcel Numbers 0235-211-11, and -12). The three adjacent parcels to the west of the proposed warehouse site at 15711, 15713, and 15777 Valley Boulevard and 10207 Poplar Av (0235-211-01, 023-211-02, and 0235-211-09) are included in the General Plan Land Amendment and Zoning Code Amendment to modify the General plan land use designation from General Commercial (C-G) ro Light Industrial and Zone Change to change the Zoning District Map from General Commercial (C-2) to Light Industrial (M-1).
