Document Description
The project includes the construction and operation of an approx 376,910 sf "high cube" logistics warehouse use with associated office spaces of 10,000 sf. The project would consist of a single building containing 376,910 sf of ground floor logistics warehouse operations and supporting office spaces. The two offices would be located at the northwest and southeast corners of the building and will provide administrative spaces for tenants. The building would have a max height of 45 ft. In addition, as a part of this project, the city of Fontana is proposing to rezone the adjacent three parcel son APNs 0235-211-01, 0235-211-09 and 0235-211-02 currently zoned C-2 to M-1 and change the GPLU map designation from C-G to I-L.
