Document Description
The applicant request approval of a conditional certificate of compliance/parcel map. The purpose of the proposed project is to create a legal lot that complies with the subdivision map act and Ventura county subdivision ordinance. No new development, grading, or ground disturbance is proposed as part of this project; however, current zoning would allow a single family residence and accessory dwelling unit. The proposed project includes a prohibition on development known as a development restriction area within a 38,622 sf area of the subject lot, in order to avoid adverse impacts to biological resources.
