he Applicant proposes to construct a 2,000 gallon per minute (gpm) water well equipped with a 3,000 gpm turbine pump, within a masonry building, a 1,116 square foot fire pump/booster pump station with three pumps, a sodium hypochlorite treatment system with a 400-gallon sodium chloride tank within a reinforced plastic building, a 310,000-gallon 56.5-foot wide tank that will stand 6-foot above grade, a standby generator, 480-gallon diesel supply tank, a catch basin, and a storm drain. The well will be operated to provide domestic water to meet the water demands of a new commercial and business development on the 78.3-acre site. Another well, Arcadia Reclamation, Inc.’s Well 1, that was used for the restoration of the site, will be converted to a monitoring well. Wrought iron fencing and a masonry brick wall will be installed on portions of the well, tank, and booster station site. An electric and manual gate will also be installed.
