Document Description
This is to advise that on February 12, 2020, the City of Irwindale approved General Plan Amendment (GPA) No. 01-2017 and approved Tentative Parcel Map (TPM) No. 82551. Also on February 12 ,2020, the City of Irwindale introduced the first readings of three ordinances, Ordinance No. 745 to approve Development Agreement (DA) No. 01-2017, Ordinance No. 742 to adopt Zone Change (ZC) No. 01-2017, and Ordinance No. 741 to adopt Zone Ordinance Amendment (ZOA) No. 01-2019. On February 26, 2020, the City Council conducted a second reading of Ordinance No. 745 to approve DA No. 01-2017, a second reading of Ordinance No. 742 for ZC No. 01-2017 to change the zoning of the site from "Heavy Manufacturing" and "Quarry Overlay Zone" to "Specific Plan", and a second reading of Ordinance No. 7 41 for ZOA No. 01-2019 to adopt The Park@ Live Oak Specific Plan, thereby fully approving the project. The project entails the entitlement of up to 1,550,000 square feet of building floor space on a 78.3-acre property, with up to 98,600 s.f. of commercial floor space and the remainder industrial/business park floor space.
