Document Description
The subject property consists of one parcel totaling five acres, more or less, commonly referred to as APN 032-510-13. The property is currently used for agricultural, recreational, and open space purposes. The purpose for which the land will be used once placed into trust will be for land consolidation, restoration, and protection of the land to insure the land is integrated back into trust for the Mr. Goodwin's family. There is no planned development or change in land use being proposed on the subject property. The property is within the exterior boundaries of the Round Valley Reservation.
