Reasons for Exemption
The activities funded by the agreement will involve testing and demonstration of a Smart Combustion System at an industrial facility. The sensor system will be installed and commissioned on an existing natural gas boiler in order to monitor fuel quality. The only modification to the existing boiler equipment is to install the sensor system, and there will be no expansion of the boiler.
