Reasons for Exemption
Repair of existing public sewer facility. A cultural resources study was undertaken and Native American were confused with negative findings. THCSD will not encroach into Calder Creek or otherwise disturb the existing concrete headwall. No riparian vegetation in association with Calder Creek will be removed. Therefore, the project area is not environmentally sensitive.
