- The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The Los Angeles County Waterworks District No. 36, Val Verde proposes to replace approximately 7,000 linear feet of aging 8-inch diameter steel water line with 12-inch diameter ductile iron water line along Del Valle Road. The replacement will improve system reliability and operations.
