Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0747-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of this Fish and Game Code to Mr. Curtis Hicks and Ms. Diane Hicks. The project is limited to one encroachment for water diversion from an offset well adjacent to the Van Duzen River. Water is diverted for domestic use and irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure.

This project will not result in impacts that are significant when viewed in connection with the effects of past projects, the effect of other current projects, and the effects of probable future projects.
