Document Description
Archaeological testing and data recovery shall take place including a series of augur tests to determine the extent and condition of the subsurface condition of the site. Based on these results, test units shall be hand-excavated. Soils shall be backfilled once the work is complete. Recovered materials shall be removed from the site for analysis. Additionally, protective signage and/or barriers including fencing and/or vegetation shall be utilized to protect the site and prevent the use of illegal trails.
