Complete upgrades to the boat lunch parking and walkways at the Hobie Cove Boat Launch at the Browns Ravine Day Use Area within Folsom Lake State Rec area to improve access for park visitors and to associated legal mandates. Work will include upgrades to vehicle parking stalls, sidewalks and sidewalk ramps, installation of new concrete pads for portable restrooms, restriping and ADA signage installation.
