CDFW has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0388-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to Marin, Public Works Dept.
The project is limited to the repair of a road slip-out with the construction of an approx 100-ft retaining wall. Rock slope protection will be placed from the toe of the slope to the base of the retaining wall, with live willow stakes planted.
