Document Description
The proposed project will replace two (2) recessed exhaust fans at sub-grade oarking area with wall mount CO and N senors. It will also install 2 new motorized grill gates at the parking structure entrances/exits (1 large gate on 9th street side and 1 standard gate on 10th street side (exit only)) and pipe bollards at all fire hose cabinets (2 per cabinet). Ina ddition, the proposed project will re-attach loose wheel stops, remove and replace broken wheel stops, sand to bare metal and repaint guardrails at roof parapets (seal at parapet anchor point). it will also sand to bare metal and repaint roof level stairs, risers, and landings and provide weight limitation (max load) signage at the garage entrance.
