The Mission Valley State Building Access Barrier Removal Project is part of a transition plan to improve access to persons with disabilities in DGS owned office buildings. The Mission Valley State Building was constructed in 2000. The project specifically includes public path modifications to walk slopes (parking areas, exterior club ramps, sidewalks, and exterior door landings), door clearances, operating forces, and thresholds, toilet rooms, signage, and elevator. The project will improve accessibility and safety for State employees and the public.
