Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has amended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2004-0433-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Los Angeles County Flood Control District (District). The District proposes to continue activities and protocols related to channel maintenance. The amendment involved three (3) separate requests including removing 5 reaches from the Project Description, modifying the described linear length of 13 reaches, adding 6 reaches to the Maintained reaches list. These revisions do not involve any new activity or construction project, but rather a result of an internal review and correction of Permittees files and Geographic Information System (GIS).
