The proposed project renovates approximately 19,000 assignable square feet of existing instructional, office, research and support program space in Pierce Hall to create updated instructional and research laboratory space, expand restrooms on all floors to address building code requirements, update fire alarm and protection systems and restore interior areas disturbed by mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades.
