Document Description
The Sierra Nevada Conservancy would provide funding in the amount of $74,966 to the Sierra Institute to complete cultural and biological survey work at sites across the headwaters of the north Fork of the Feather River to enable future on-the-ground restoration projects. The goal of the surveys is to support NEPA and CEQA compliance for fire management activities that will reduce fuel loading and risk of catastrophic wildfire and support restoration of widespread low and moderate severity fire to the headwaters.
