Authorize issuance of a General Lease - public agency Use beginning June 22, 2016 for a term of 30 years, for the use and maintenance of an existing pier with a lifeguard tower, 750-ft long concrete sheet pile groin, a maintenance and storage building, restaurant, public restroom, picnic area, raised planter areas with retaining walls, three parking lots, a tot lot with a perimeter wall; the construction, use and maintenance of a seasonal flood control berm to prevent beach run-up during winter months, and the seasonal placement, use, and maintenance of temporary lifeguard stations; authorize by endorsement existing subleases.
