The project consists of a three-year time extension to the previously-approved Good Shepherd Tentative Subdivision Map which proposes to subdivide a 12-acre parcel into 6 lots for single family use. The time extension would extend the expiration date of the TSM from Jan 14, 2018 to Jan 14, 2021.
The city has reviewed the project and analyzed it based upon the provisions of CEQA guidelines. The proposed project requests an extension of time for a previously approved tentative subdivision map. Potential environmental impacts were analyzed as part of the original project entitlements which included subdivision of a 20-acre parcel into four 2-acre parcels and a 12-acre remainder parcel.
