Document Description
The purpose of this Agreement is to fund the development of a demand management system to enable price responsive load reduction at a water utility in Orange County. The demand management system will allow the water utility to participate in demand response and load shifting programs in order to reduce its energy costs. The technology will be tested at Moulton Niguel Water District in Orange County.
