The State Water Resources Control Board, as the responsible agency, will be issuing a water supply permit. The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power proposed project is to construct, operate, and maintain a pipeline to connect the distribution systems of Burbank and Los Angeles to allow water produced by the Burbank Operable Unit (BOU) to be delivered to Los Angeles.
