Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0792-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Mr. Epigmenio Pozos Dominguez. Project is limited to eight encroachments. Six encroachments are to improve road/stream crossings. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the failing culverts replacement with new properly sized culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. Two additional projects will remove unpermitted on stream impoundments that are in a state of failure. The pond failure are causing widespread erosion around and below the pond sites. The ponds will be removed, and the stream will be re-contoured to match existing upstream conditions. The final remediation step will include revegetation of the impacted stream reach.
