Document Description
The proposed project includes development of a sports field and lot line adjustment. The lot line adjustment would extend the existing parcel APN 117-720-007 west, covering the area original identified as the outdoor recreation area in the 2018 IS/MND and where the proposed sport field developments would occur. The proposed development would be located on approximately 2.54 acres of the outdoor recreation area considered in the 2018 IS/MND (project site). The proposed project would remove the volleyball and tennis courts and grade the 2.54-acre site to develop a synthetic turf sports field and a 1,550 square foot concession stand with restrooms.
