Document Description
The El Dorado Hills campus would be established at 1102 Investment Blvd and would replace an existing temporary campus located at 4250 Town Center Blvd in El Dorado Hills. The existing building at this location is approx 71,566 sf. Renovation and construction activities are anticipated to begin in May 2018 and be completed by August 2018. Interior tenant improvements would be required to convert the existing facility to school campus. It is anticipated that the renovations would include the construction of at least 36 classrooms, a library, and a multi-purpose room with both a gym floor and stage for performing arts productions for capacity of 900 students. Exterior construction activities would be minor and include the restoration of an existing baseball field and volleyball court just south of the existing building and associated parking lot.
