- The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) has approved a Removal Action Workplan (RAW) for this project in accordance with California Health and Safety Code, Chapter 6.8, Section 25323.1 and 25356.1(h). The RAW evaluated sampling data and established removal action objectives that are protective of human health and the environment. The project components in the removal action include: - Vapor mitigation system with operations and maintenance; - Land and groundwater use restrictions recorded in a land use covenant; and - Excavation of approximately 18.5 cubic yards of contaminated soil.
