Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The Project consists of six discrete Capital Improvement Program components: Sewer Lining and Manhole Recoating at Trenton Road and Forestville Elementary trunk; Van Keppel Road Sewer Replacement; 1st Street and 2nd Street Sewer Replacement; 1st Street and Forestville Lane Sewer Replacement; South 1st Street and Railroad Avenue Sewer Replacement; and Packing House Road Sewer Replacement. The Project involves replacement or rehabilitation of existing sewer mains, manholes, and laterals as well as roadway resurfacing improvements. A total of 7,005 linear feet of sewer main will be replaced or rehabilitated, and 37 manholes will be replaced during the Project construction.
