Document Description
The proposed project would include site preparation, grading, and constructing of a car wash on the southern one-acre portion of the 1.45 acre, vacant parcel. Overall, approx 43,070 sf (0.99acre) of the subject parcel would be developed as part of the project, while the remaining 20,092 sf (0.46 acre) would be left vacant and undeveloped with the exception of limited landscaping improvements along the Caputo Dr frontage. The 0.46 acre area would not be used for construction equipment staging.
