The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed a Major Amendment to Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. MAN-21152-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Super Farm, LLC. The Major Amendment is limited to installation of a 30-foot extension to a 54-inch diameter culvert, resulting in the originally permitted 40-foot culvert increasing in length to 70 feet.
