The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. MAN-21152-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Super Farm, LLC. The project is limited to installation of a 54-inch-diameter, 40-foot-long corrugated metal pipe culvert at an existing rocked road crossing.
