Document Description
The application proposes an approx 27,500 sf two story climbing gym facility at 11798 Donner Pass Rd. The facility includes a 4,700 sf rope climbing gym, 3,620 sf bouldering rea, entry plaza and lounge with light food and beverage service, fitness studios for classes, children's play area and outdoor classroom space, locker rooms, bike and equipment storage, laundry facilities, elevator and mechanical rooms. Proposed services include community programs, climbing competitions, fitness classes and children's programs. A total of 119 parking spaces are proposed. A land donation for the future construction of affordable housing units is proposed.
