Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and
Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0027-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, El Dorado County Community Development Services, as represented by Donna Keeler. The project is limited to the removal and replacement of an existing one-lane, 13.5-foot-wide and 23-foot-long reinforced slab bridge where Hanks Exchange Road crosses Squaw Hollow Creek. The existing bridge will be demolished, removed, and disposed of offsite. The new bridge will be located west of the existing bridge and will be approximately 32 feet wide and 60 feet long. The foundation of the new bridge will consist of cast-in-drilled-hole piles and spread footings, with abutments located on the banks of Squaw Hollow Creek. Roadway approaches will be widened and realigned as necessary to connect with the new bridge.
