The Central Valley Regional Water Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The purpose of the Project is to implement a Resource Conservation and Recovery Act corrective action by excavating soil contaminated with high lead concentrations from wetland habitat. The 2.56-acre project consists of dredging/excavating approximately 825 cubic yards of wetland habitat for soil remediation and removing a blocked culvert.
