Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0010-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, East Bay Regional Park District.
The project is part of construction of an approximately 2.5-mile segment of the San Francisco Bay Trail through Point Molate. Trail construction will be divided into two segments, A and B. Both segments of the asphalt trail will be constructed along the alignment of the old beltline railway and will require minor grading with cuts and fills to establish proper trail grades and drainage.
