- Caltrans proposes to improve truck access and freight movement on SR 99 at the interchange with Victor Road (SR 12) in the City of Lodi by (1) improving the vertical clearance for vehicles traveling on SR 99 between PM 30.7-31.3 by raising the elevation of three overcrossing bridges, (@) realigning and widening the SR 99 northbound on ramp from Victor Road to increase the turning radius, (3) adding a northbound auxiliary lane to SR 99 between Victor Road and Turner Road, and (4) upgrading and adding contributing structures such as a retaining wall and the storm water drainage system.
