The revised permit includes: 1. An increase in the permitted daily tonnage for disposal from 2,400 tons per day to 3,200 tons per day averaged over 7 days and a peak of 3,400 tons per day. 2. An increase to the permitted disposal area from 256 acres to 280 acres with no change to the total permitted area of 640 acres. 3. An increase to the design capacity from 37,000,000 cubic yards to 42,139,000 cubic yards; and 4. Disposal of friable asbestos in all disposal modules except disposal module 2.1.
