To establish a 150' faux windmill telecommunications tower. With the aesthetic addition of a faux windmill, the tower height will be 168'. The project is located within the west Corning area on the south side of Gutenhot Rd at the Henleyville Rd/Gutenhot Rd intersection. The property is accessed from Gutenhot Rd at 19525 Gutenhot Rd, Corning.
