Document Description
The 15.7-acre project site, located at 2305 Mission College Blvd, is currently developed with a two-story 358,000 sf office/R&D building and a paved parking lot. The project proposes to demolish the existing improvements on the site to construct a two-story 495,610 sf data center building. The data center building would house computer servers for private clients a secure and environmentally controlled structure, and would be designed to provide 60 MW of information technology power.
