Document Description
This is a request to Rezone 5.32 acres of a 28.72 acre parcel currently zoned P-D (123), which is expired, to a new P-D (Planned Development) to allow the development of a liquid carbon dioxide (CO2) purification and liquefaction plant. CO2 and ammonia compressors will be stored in a 2,500 sq. ft. storage building on-site, and will include engineering to provide noise attenuation. The project also includes an 840 sq. ft. control room, 588- sq. ft. storage room, an 840 sq. ft. control room, a waiting/break room, restroom, truck scales, employee parking, and a 480 sq. ft. electrical room. The business is proposed to operate 24 hours a day, 7-day a week; and to be shut down for 2 weeks per year for maintenance purposes.
