The city of Santa Rosa is proposing to replace the existing Los Alamos trunk sewer, identified as essential to meeting future city demands by the 2014 Master Sewer Plan Update. The Los Alamos trunk sewer will be reconstructed within existing public ROW roads or pathways. Portions of the new trunk sewer will be mostly realigned into the public ROW where the existing trunk sewer is currently inaccessible for maintenance on private property.
