Document Description
The proposed project involves the conversion of the existing Wasson Sill Diversion Structure and an existing abandoned agriculture line that runs parallel to the existing Lake Elsinore Outlet Chanel to convey tertiary-treated effluent from the EVMWD Water Reclamation Facility that currently flows through the LEOC and discharges to Lake Elsinore. Effluent would be re-routed through DP-002 to the converted agricultural line and would then discharge to Lake Elsinore through a proposed new outfall pipeline and outlet structure.
