Document Description
Request of Megan Panofsky, agent for Golden State Water Company, to consider Case No. 17DVP-00000-00008/17CUP-00000-00024 to allow for a potable water storage tank, booster station, and generator on a utility plant site with an operating production well. The storage tank would have a capacity of 238,000 gal., height of 32', and diameter 42' and be painted Desert Sand to match the neighboring school and church. The booster station would have a height of 4' and floor area of 40 sf. The generator would have a height of 8' and floor area of 275 sf. The project includes three Italian Cypress trees. The perimeter of the site is enclosed by one 8' tall chain link fence with slats. The water storage tank and booster station would be serviced daily between the hours of 7:00 am and 4:00 pm for periods of 15 min to one hr.
