Document Description
Note: Shortened Review The proposed project includes the installation of 13 portable and relocatable classroom buildings, one portable administration building, and one relocatable restroom building on the Twain Main campus. Additional site work includes the provision of asphalt pads/foundations and all utilities for each portable and relocatable building, as well as minor trenching for utility connections. The portable and relocatable buildings would accommodate anew charter high school on a portion of the existing Twain Main campus. The proposed student enrollment associated with the new charter hs would be approx 380 students at buildout. Staffing for the new charter hs would include up to 25 teachers, administration, and support staff that would be housed in the new portable buildings. No changes to the student enrollment or capacity of the Twain Main campus would occur with the proposed project.
