Project proposes a plot plan for 417 multi family residential apartment units, clubhouse building, pool, open space, and dog park; Moreno Valley Ranch Specific Plan No. 193 amendment from golf course to high density residential, GPA from OS to R20 Res, and change of zone from SP193GC Golf course to SP193H High density residential. Reestablish 18 holes of the Moreno Valley Ranch Golf Course, and convert the remaining 9 golf course holes into an exercise area. The total existing golf course area is 269.4 acres. The converted exercise area is 79.95 acres, apartments are on 21.86 acres, and the existing golf clubhouse is on 3.59 acres.
